The sun was shining. It was a beautiful day as we pulled up to the main house. We were hoping for a cooling trend to help lower the rivers. I guess we will have to settle for shirt sleeve weather and high water. It could be worse - it could be raining.

John Cook

We met John and Pat Cook, their son Cody and the dog Braun. It seemed like we had known them for years, even though we had met only once before.

They gave us a tour of the house and grounds. Wow! I wish I lived there year round.
