Pete and John, spring 2003

This was Pete and John's first trip to our place on the Bitterroot. Unfortunately, most the time they were here, our rivers were in very marginal shape. What did we do? Scrambled. A couple days on the West Fork... which proved too cold to turn many fish; a couple days on the upper Clark Fork... which turned a few pigs and several others; and a day spent fishing the spring creek behind the house... which may have been the best fishing of the trip. Anyway, everyone here at Backdoor Outfitters truely enjoyed Pete and John's company, and hope their next trip finds more cooperative weather.
